Toured Novel Beach Park and it was the most aesthetically pleasing and relaxing apartment tour. Pristine, clean, and exclusive is the vibe. Ambiance and all that comes with it is prevalent. My husband, kids and I moved into Novel Beach Park right after the hurricanes in 2024 after losing our home. Our experience from day one was so great and it remained that way through our move out day, nearly a year and a half later. Service requests were… My husband, kids and I moved into Novel Beach Park right after the hurricanes in 2024 after losing our home. Our experience from day one was so great and it remained that way through our move out day, nearly a year and a half later. The office staff has always been incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful while we lived there. Service requests were few and when we did have them, they were addressed promptly. Towards the end of our lease, we were unsure of our exact move out date and it was a very stressful time, but the staff at Novel worked with us a great deal and were very fair. They took a lot of stress off our plate by making the move out process seamless and easy. We really enjoyed our apartment and the bay views and daily sunsets along with the beautiful amenities. Everything was always clean and well kept and the maintenance and cleaning staff were always so friendly. We really can’t say enough great things about Novel Beach Park, the staff, and the overall experience and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a wonderful place to rent that will definitely feel like home! If it weren’t for our home being repaired, we would have continued renting!

Kiley and Bri were very nice! Great customer service. I attended the Tampa Girls Social and Wellness event on 11/9. I saw the outdoor pool and patio facilities which were gorgeous.
